We offer experience in optimum vehicle performance
on desert travel, knowledge and advice regarding the route and
arrange fuel drops en-route as needed. You have access to the
following if and when needed.
Standard equipment such as high-lift Jack, tow ropes, snatch strap,
basic welding, tyre changing and tube repair.

Comprehensive tool kit, global positioning system
(GPS).

Vehicle operated high-powered air compressor.

Portable hot water shower, 10,000lb Hydraulic
Winch

Royal Flying Doctor Services (RFDS) HF Band Radio,
First Aid and rescue equipment.

Satellite Phone

Inter-vehicle communication is essential. We use
UHF radio and have held units available for hire.
(It is mandatory to have a UHF set for these journeys)
You have two options, the first being for the
independent minded traveler who requires only the safety net aspect
of group travel; and the second for those who want the excitement
and challenge of long distance outback travel, with all the hard
work and planning done. We supply all necessary entry permits in
both cases..

You have a choice of options;
-
OPTION 1: Self Catering. $180.00
(Inc.$16.00 GST) per day / vehicle
You are totally self sufficient; responsible for you
own food, water and fuel (an adequate safety margin of each is
mandatory). You supply your own camping and cooking equipment,
and have the choice of camp sites, relying on us only for advice
on road / weather conditions etc., assistance if in trouble, and
company if so desired. We supply all travel permits.
Entry fees to Parks and fuel costs are your expense. Fuel drops
(28 day tours) must be paid when we place the order, usually 2
months in advance.

OPTION 2: Fully Catered. $180.00per day /
vehicle plus $40 per day / , person (Inc GST)
You are partially self sufficient, responsible for you
own water and fuel (an adequate safety margin on each in
mandatory) and any alcoholic refreshments.
You share our camp sites, we supply and cook all the food
(Typical menu enclosed), and hire tents and swags, if required.

You must have at least 40 litres of free fridge/freezer space
available for the food supplied by us.

Meals and accommodation on nights other than bush camping are at
your expense.

Entry fees to Parks and fuel costs are your expense. Fuel drops
(28 day tours) must be paid for in full when we place the order,
usually 2 months in advance.
BOOKING: A deposit of $250 PP confirms your
booking, the balance is due one calendar month before departure.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The operator reserves the right
to alter itineraries or camp sites as necessitated by weather, road,
river & other operational conditions prevailing at the time.
Expenses incurred as a result of any delay, alteration or
curtailment of any trip, whether caused by mechanical or other
defect, flooding or other cause are the responsibility of the
vehicle owner. No refunds will be made after the trip begins.
The operator undertakes appropriate insurance as prescribed by law.
